Meet Our Employee of the Month, Silvia Escalera

Silvia joined the sanitation team about a month and a half ago and has quickly become a key player, showing exceptional commitment and excellence. Her success mantra is “Work hard and be the best you can be” – a guiding principle for all new members striving for success.

She loves her role at R.S. Hanline, especially the flexible hours and the team spirit within the sanitation department. These factors fuel her passion and make her job rewarding. Her time at R.S. Hanline has been a period of growth, instilling a new sense of responsibility and awareness, essential for her career journey. Silvia sees these experiences as valuable lessons for both her professional path and personal growth.

Outside of work, Silvia dreams of visiting Hawaii for its stunning scenery and peaceful beaches. She also hopes to meet Chayanne, her favorite musician, whose songs and voice she adores.
